I retained Michael Reason to work on my very complicated custody case. We went over payment arrangements, but he was constantly stopping work on my case asking for more money. We had a financial agreement from the beginning and forgot about it 3 different times. He never knew who I was or what my case was about when I called. He threatened to leave the case aand was very rude and argumentative with me. He did not come to court with me as I had expected him to. Instead he sent another guy who worked a few cases at his office. He knew nothing about my case and was stumbling all over himself in front of the judge. I also later found out that he was a prior attorney for my ex on our exact case!! Conflict of interest!! When I confronted Michael about this he did nothing to fix the situation and wanted off the case. His office staff is HORRIBLE. none of them ever knew what was going on and they messed up on several invoices. The office was not a professional enviornment and was disorganized
