Mr. Lowe was very helpful regarding a legal issue I have. He recommended that I do the work at the court myself as it is for a simple issue. Based on my life experiences this is a caring man who takes his work seriously and I'd want him to represent me if I have any additional legal issues.

I hired Kyle Lowe to represent me in a DWI case after firing the Dunham Law Firm(a notorious Austin DWI defense firm). After some months of the Dunham Firm’s representation-- and after full payment of their fees-- their attentiveness to me and my case evaporated. After some research, I met with and then hired Kyle Lowe to represent me. Kyle determined that I had a good case. After some months Kyle was able to convince a prosecutor to reduce the case to an Obstruction of a Highway, a non-dwi case. However, Kyle told me he thought that my case could be acquitted by a jury or, in the alternative, conditionally dismissed and prepare the case for jury trial. I did decide to follow Kyle’s recommendation and as Kyle foretold, the State offered to Conditionally Dismiss my case. My penance was to do some community
service and counseling and not be rearrested within a year.

About six months ago, I had a run-in with circumstance, resulting in a first-offense DWI charge. Going on a recommendation, I immediately contacted Kyle and was amazed at how quickly he responded to my inquiries. His professionalism and ability to connect on a personal level and remove the stress from that type of situation is unbelievable. Throughout the entire process, I was kept well-informed and Kyle was really good about making himself available to any and all questions I had regarding my case. At the end of the day, Kyle was able to obtain a deferred prosecution, with a dismissal of all charges upon satisfactorily completing action items defined in the contract. Kyle handled everything related to my case, which allowed me to continue on with my day-to-day life as normal as possible, given the circumstances. My whole life was nearly ruined a little over a year ago when I was in a minor fender bender with my 3 kids in the car turning into my neighborhood an had been drinking beer at the pool with my girlfriends earlier in the day. I was arrested for Felony DWI with minor children in the car. I refused to blow, therefore they took my blood which came back scary high. A .339, Kyle Lowe is a genius attorney, we had a retest done, it came back a .25. Kyle was not only my attorney, he was someone that cared about me, always communicated with me, explained things in detail, called me right back whenever I needed him. Kyle Lowe is the most compassionate person I've ever met, and believe me, if it wasn't for him I would not have made it through all of this. He's brilliant and fought for me and my charge was reduced to a 1st offense DWI class B Misdemeanor. If it weren't for Kyle, I would not have had a second chance at life. Kyle is a great defense attorney. I highly recommend him if you ever find yourself in a sticky situation with the law. He is very knowledgeable and very liked in the courts. I have unfortunately had to use him for two DWI arrest in the past eight years and he was able to get both of them dismissed. I absolutely recommend him in any criminal defense case.

Kyle was very diligent in fighting for me in both my DUI and 2 Possession Of Controlled Substance charges. I screwed myself by allowing a breathalizer but I took a misdemeanor for 2 times the legal limit. He was able to get both of my POCS charges dismissed! A friend had recommended Kyle. After meeting with other attorneys, it was Kyle's demeanor, compassion and confidence in his ability as a lawyer which eased my anxiety about my case. He assured me I would not serve jail time and he would work to acquire a resolution which would be satisfactory to the both of us. He explained there were things I would need to provide him homework) which he would have available should it be needed in assisting him in settling my case. I was stressed and worried at my initial court date. Kyle took the time to explain in detail the process which would follow. He reassured me everyhthing would be all right. With his experience on BOTH sides of the courtroom as prosecutor and now defense ....he has the inside knowledge and understanding of the workings of the court to DELIVER justice. Kyle is an unusually good lawyer. My case was family violence and a complex one involving an emotionally disturbed kid. Kyle not only accomplished my goals (dismiss/expunge/no refile), but was highly empathetic and supportive of the entire family. He worked hard to do the right thing by everyone, with respect and consideration. He realy does care about helping people through the law - far beyond earning a fee. Kyle handled a case for me while I was in Austin TX on business. I was never required to travel back Austin based on the services Kyle provided for me. I received the best possible outcome in a very short period of time. I had a good case, and Kyle used that to take care of it quickly. Getting my dwi was a scary experience. I felt like had done nothing wrong to warrant me getting pulled over except for the fact I had been drinking. But Kyle was a very positive assurance to my broken demeanor. I had talked to numerous lawyers but my first conversation with Kyle was different. Kyle Lowe is the best ever. i think is right and better for me to describe him as Lincoln lawyer. He got me out of family violence assault with serious bodily injury with a zero charge and i mean zero charge. And the worst part of the story was that he followed the case for almost 2years after about 10 rescheduling and and one trail that got corrupt and finally the final which i was found not guilty, all this for a one time flat rate including payment plan. WOW :) we need more mr. Kyle for the corrupt officer that charge me for this with a solid evidence.

Mr. Lowe was recommended to me through a good friend of mine. Mr. Lowe walked me through my case- the charge and my options. He was thorough, reassuring, and confident that we could get it reduced or thrown out altogether. He dealt directly with me at all times, I never had to deal with a secretary or middle man. His demeanor also put me at ease, very kind and understanding - not judgmental. He was always available for contact through phone or email - I literally never had to wait anymore than an hour for a reply to my numerous email questions. He also walked me through what steps to take in order to regain my license and handled all of the legal paperwork for it. After the initial offer was not up to our standards, he urged me to take the case to trial. While awaiting trial he was able to get the charges drastically reduced down to a very acceptable deal, and I was able to both breathe again, and avoid a trial. Kyle Lowe is more than an attorney, he is a friend. Kyle actually cares about his clients and their wellbeing. He was very knowledgable and offered great advise throughout the time he represented me, and even on other occassions if I called him and needed his advice. Mr. Lowe is one of the best attorneys we have ever worked with. He took a very difficult case regarding our son and was very up front about the seriousness of the case and possible outcomes. Reasons I like Kyle Lowe as my Lawyer- 1)I can call him Kyle. That shows I don't ever have to deal with his staff or assistants-just him. 2)He called me back while he was skiing on vacation after an email I had sent to him. Very nice if you ask me. Kyle was professional through out the entire process. He always let me know the honest truth of what he thought about what was being thrown our way from the prosecuting attorneys. Every meeting with Kyle always calmed me of my situation of a possible DUI conviction. At the point of the trial, I got to see Kyle shine in the courtroom. It was amazing to see him in action, as he commanded in this courtroom. I am very unfamiliar with courtroom procedures. Having Kyle guide me through this mess was a godsend. Kyle is a knowledgeable and polite lawyer I got via the Lawyer Referral Service. However, he sometimes gets too busy with other clients you don?t get all the attention you may like. Also, he is very good at making you believe that there is a ?chance? to beat the case. He backs away from trials and mostly likes to enter pleas for the client. If needed, I will use Kyle again in the future.
