In 2000 this attorney sold me out to the District Attorney and again when the Judge sentenced me based on religion and not on the Merits of the Case. Telling me "Knowing you are Mormon, If I dont give you time your ex-wife will be forced to remarry you." I was gay!" I told Mr. Imlay that I wanted to appeal it and he refused to send me the sentencing reports and then later he and the court clerk told me that the sentencing report was lost. How the hell do you sentence someone to prison for 24-75 months and loose the sentencing report. The never found it. When I got a new one from the court reporter half of it was missing, the whole thing about me being Mormon was extracted. Great Attorney you have there. Thanks for the 40 months in prison for something I didnt do!!!
