Mr. Bianco is deceitful. He rushes to trial deposit so he can take the funds without working for it.
Mr. Bianco was completely incompetent, did not know details nor care about the case. Refused to answer questions, mockingly answered or answered questions I did NOT ask. He became offended when I called out the behaviors, miss using my trial deposit, cancelling trial immediately after receiving it. When I fired him, he racked up 2700 in fake charges, refused to forward records to new attorney. He charged me for things he DID NOT DO! He charged for a settlement offer that never existed!!! This man is absolutely corrupt. Avoid this office if you want any chance to get your case represented. I lost $6k and he truly did nothing for me, no resolution in 8 months. I had to hire another attorney. Please, I'm trying to keep you from being robbed like I was. This man is awful and his staff is dry, unhappy, miserable even.
