Catherine is an excellent elder lawyer. She has excellent knowledge and gave our family the best service in regard to estate and Medicaid planning.

Katherine has no business promoting herself as an elder attorney. She failed my mother-in-law by failing to stand behind her paperwork as well as failing to know the Nebraska Statutes when it comes to Powers of Attorney and Elder Abuse. She herself is the main reason my mother-in-law has become a victim and is now broke, locked in and drugged in a nursing home against her wishes and unable to be seen by family or friends unless they pay $50 and hour for a maximum of 2 hrs visitation in a day.
