Michael J. Forrester initially was a "random" attorney I only picked because his office was close to my house; however, it must have been dumb luck to find such an amazing attorney who not only is competent, caring, concise and credible but highly capable!
I had a case that started out in 2018 and most attorneys would put you in the "collect the dust" file. Not this guy! My case had steam from 2018 to my settlement date which was officially May 9, 2022. Mr. Forrester kept me informed from the initial stages of my case, during and even after it was over STILL took my calls to further explain and/or clarify all my questions. I am probably the biggest doubter, pain in the "you know what" and very detailed client; yet, he was kind, patient and professional all in one and ALWAYS greeted me with a smile and NEVER rushed me on the phone or in person. Also, the STAFF is just as kind, patient and professional! This was a WIN WIN!! Don't take my word....CALL HIM!

Please be advised that my case was verycomplex and unique due to the fact that I filed for accidental Disability after the five year manifestation period after sustaining a career ending back injury while performing my duties as a police officer. Thankfully, I was referred to and had a consultation with Mr. Mike Forrester. Mr. Forrester took his Time, answered all of my questions and concerns. Mr. Forrester further took my medical records, reviewed them thoroughly, and after a few days, called to tell me that he was very confident with the case. Mr. Forrester is very meticulous in everything that he does, and goes above and beyond for his clients as proven with my case. After preparing my case and writing an incredible summary brief to the Pension Board, I was awarded Accidental Disability right off the bat approximately seven months later. I highly recommend Mr. Forrester and my family and I thank him for a job well done.

These guys are ambulence chasers and do little actual work. They are ineffective as attorneys but have a nice bunch of girls who pleasantly help process the insurance claims and win the cases by default. Do expect some money with these guys for your injuries but do not expect them to go the extra mile for anything. They would rather all go golfing or sailing on their yacht. Hard to reach them most times and their suits cost more than what is in your retirement plan..yawn..
