Mark has degrees from upper tier institutions. By education he should be one of the better lawyers in the state. This is a man who once plead his guilty to death and in another instance unethical tried to use a defendants personal beliefs against him to ensure a guilty plea. All well documented. Sadly enough he’s probably best in the Publiclc Advocate’s office. I once was held for 60 days in a holding cell no rec no showers no blanket I was held on a felony DUI with no physical evidence. The only evidence was a confession by mentally ill person attempting to overdose on benzodiazepines. After I stabbed myself in the neck with a pencil at my arraignment my lawyer should filed an inquiry about mental health status but mark of course is incapable of understanding basic criminal procedure. If it wasn’t for my own persistence regarding my own defense writing hundreds of pages of briefs filing federal civil right cases against the state I would have went to him prison
