To continue litigation for your own personal gain I feel is an ethical issue. To continue litigation to profit only to abandon because of poor representation along with a attitude of I want the chunk of the majority of the pie therfore puting your own greed before your clients cause you don't want to spend money to get the result your client deserves or don't always go about it the litigation way.She is a smart attorney but I belive it to be more for her gain rather than clients best intrest.
