This lawyer was only trying to do the right thing for his family. This was a disagreement between a first family and a second marriage. The money came from the first husband and his daughter and grandchildren received not one dime. The judicial system has a very high bar to prove undue influence. Therefore first family could not prove it. The mother was in mental ability decline and easily influenced. The second husband family had gotten most of his money and wanted the wife's. She had the most money. Daughter and grandchildren were worth 10 times what would have been inherited. This was more of the principle of the thing. Decent people would have past the money to the right family considering daughter gave up her half of the inheritance to make the mother would have security. So take that into xoncideration as you judge.

I WOULD NEVER HIRE THIS ATTORNEY ....He is very dishonest and a liar........Has had this lawsuit in the Oklahoma courts approximately 5 yrs. and has never been licensed to practiced in Oklahoma...Suing family members for his and his own families personal gains $$$$$$$$$$$... BE AWARE!
