Ms Troutman was excellent above expectations in a probate case where she was the court appointed personal rep. This involved Germany and the USA which add extra complications. Add Missouri and Colorado to that formula. Something two other lawyers couldnt do, but took my money anyway. Knowledge a 4. 1 in 10m case. Comm a 5. I was always informed. Tenacity a 5 because this case was a mess and she never hinted to quit. Work Q a 5 because I was 1000% prepared when I met the German ambassador. Value.. Probate lawyers arent high paid and she went over and beyond what she had to do. This case too over 5 years to finalize and her billable hours should have been way higher. I actually felt she really cared for me as a person and not as a dollar.
