I can't believe anyone would rate Cindy so poorly. She was so amazing in our case I've had several family members as well as close friends retain her services. In all of those case they also got everything they asked for and more. Cindy and her team are honest, hard working and generally care about their clients. Divorce, child support and custody issues are so overwhelming. I would highly recommend Cindy. I think her prices are a little high but you definitely pay for what you get. People can't expect fees to be low when dealing with such touchy matters concerning children or financial matters between spouses.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAW FIRM. I had the very worst experience of my life with this law firm. Divorce is already difficult, Cindy and her law office not only managed to cause me to lose everything but ended up charging me $32K. She promises the world and delivers NOTHING. This is a money game for them.That's is the only focus. They do not care about their clients and their best interests. Thank GOD, I am an educated person and able to recover but, I would tell everyone to stay clear of this law office. The only results you will receive is exactly what you could have done on your own but with a whole lot of extra debt. Defending their own law firm against Malpractice and Bar complaints are the only thing they are experts in.

I am happy I chose Ms. Best's law firm. She was very good at representing my interests during my divorce, she was knowledgable about my case and, most of all, she was patient with me thoughout this difficult time in my life. My wife would have probably got more than she deserved if I had not been represented by someone like Ms Best.

I am quite surprised by some of the other negative ratings for Cynthia. I can't believe anyone could have had such a bad experience using her services. Personally, I had a great experience using her law firm. She got me everything I wanted in my divorce, including custody of my child. Which I must say, was no easy task. I think I had one of the most complicated divorces ever! Hopefully I will never have to get divorced again, but if I had to I would definitely have her take care of it for me.

Complete nightmare. I bought in to her quick sales pitch on first meeting, but ended up paying over $7,000 for complete incompetence, arrogance, and a total LACK of communication. After telling me she'd be with me through the end, she didn't even come to my hearings - she sent another attorney. I also wish I had never met this woman.

She was able to handle most of my divorce through mediation, which kept me out of court and kept costs lower than expected. She was also able to get me more child support than I had originally thought. Overall, a good experience.

terrible in every way. i was far worse off for having used her, and she was quick to squeeze every nickel she could out of me. At the end of the day, I spent myself into deep debt only to lose my kids, my income to child support, and all of my assets. I wish i had never met cindy best.

I only used this lawyer for a simple filing which she managed to get totally wrong. Thankfully I found out how incompetent she is early on. Do yourself a favor and keep looking.

Cynthia help me out a ton during my complicated divorce and custody battles. She worked very hard for me and I always felt I could turn to her with questions and concerns. She was good at explaining my options and guiding me through this difficult time. Overall I would recommend her to a friend or family member anytime.

Unbelievable response from her. Lost nearly everything in daughter's divorce. Spent $8,000. (billed for $56,000.), lost out on 1/2 of home, all three cars, 2 computers, several thousand dollars owed to client (daughter). Failed to include temporary spousal support of $150./month (forgot, she said), daughter awarded $26./month for each child's support. Lawyer blames inability to do better on client. Proceedings took over a year to complete....so naive we were and so broken hearted. I suppose that's how you learn, but daughter now working full time and attending school full time. All will be well, however the pain is still there.
