Mr Seele was very honest and intelligent. He speaks his mind and lets you know the ramifications of your choices. He handled my prenup and the beginning of my divorce. I changed attorneys partway through, going with a larger, aggressive firm, but it was a mistake. Things were getting ugly so I thought that I needed someone more aggressive. What I did not realize was that in the family courts right now I was destined to get joint custody. According to the Legal Advocates for Abused Women, "As a battered wife, you can pay $500 for your attorney or you can pay $40,000 for your attorney. Either way you will get joint custody." Joint custody is the default decision. The abusive father is more likely to get custody than a non-abusive father and unlikely to be limited by his bloodlust, at least it was that way when I went through, a few years ago. Mr. Seele would have done a better job for me because I would still have joint custody while not having been fleeced by more $ hungry atty.
