This is definitely a case of you should do your homework before choosing an attorney. My husband and I went in for a consultation. We were given advice that we promptly followed. Two weeks later, my husband left a voice mail with an update and follow up question. My husband received an irate voice mail from this attorney saying how dare he ask for help after not showing up for his appointment. Um.. We didn't miss the meeting. We came and you talked to us. Anyway, if we had done our homework, we would have found out that this attorney has poor ratings and has been the defendant in several court cases. Do your homework.
