This lawyer did not serve our needs or act in our best interests during our real estate transaction. We felt bullied and were not heard. After completing our transaction we required her to resolve a post transaction issue and she wrote 3 emails on our behalf. We were due a holdback and she took her fee out of that holdback. An exact double of the original quoted fee. She kept $750 of that holdback for herself for sending 3 emails. She never discussed with us that there would be an additional fee let along such an exorbitant amount of double the fee for the entire transaction. I wrote a letter expressing our disappointment in her services and to justify the charge for 3 emails? She did not have the courtesy to reply to our concern and we were discarded without her having the decency to respond. Even if it took her an hour to write the emails her fee was approx $250 an hour. Where did she come up with double the original fee? I wouldn't recommend this lawyer to family or friends.
