He promises to deliver but does nothing. He does not communicate, is unprofessional, did not let us know what the status was of our issue, and did not assist us in any manner whatsoever. He had us sign a contract which protects him but not the client. He demanded thousands of dollars in payment up front and in payments, yet did nothing. We ended up having to pay the IRS $20,000 that we did not owe, not to mention that he was unable to get any reduction in amounts owed by our defunct company, which had to close. He did not make payment arrangements, or a settlement with the IRS as promised. Beware.
