Horribly disrespectful and unprofessional. I consulted with him on a case and he asked how much money I would take to settle. He didn't care about my injuries or me. He's happy to make money off me though but only if he doesn't have to do anything to truly earn it. I don't recommend him.

Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable. We have used Mitch Burgess for several cases and he is the best attorney I've ever worked with.
