Ms. Cave was attorney in my divorce case It was a simple property split. Nothing else. Neither she or I Had any idea what an evil, lying monster my ex would turn out to be. She had 3 lawyers. I had Ms. Cave. She beat those three lawyers with case law and arguments they couldn't defend against. I took a year of discovery, motions and whatever else you can come up with. Finally trial date came and a bunch of witnesses came that the ex had ordered there. Then the ex took a deal. Although my ex filed the case Ms. Cave beat them like they owed me money and I won the divorce. Didn't matter to me who won. My ex then filed a case to reopen the divorce when she found that I had come into a little money. The ex hired a high priced divorce attorney. Ms. Cave beat that lady as well. I highly recommend Ms. Cave.

Pam Cave represented me a few times. She was recommended by a friend. First of all you can't beat her prices. Those that wrote bad reviews obviously didn't try some high priced attorney first. A friend told me that you "may have to do some of the research or work". That is absolutely true. So if you aren't very smart or able to research or think (Google) then she is not for you. Pam is a one woman team therefore she's juggling a lot of clients. She does respond to emails immediately and she doesn't nickel and dime you for every 15 minutes on the clock vs other attorneys. She knows her stuff. She knows the judges. She knows rhe other attorneys. She knows what to expect. She doesn't make grave mistakes in court. She is extremely humble and I think that the judges respect that about her. I watched the opposing attorneys flail and embarrass them in front of the judges. She doesn't over promise. She won for me. I'm so happy with her!

I have had a long and protracted battle with my ex that started in 2010 and resurfaces once a year when we have to go back to court. Pam has done an excellent job over the years. She has won judgments moving me from two days a week visitation, to shared custody, and ultimately proved how bad shared custody was for my child and ultimately won primary physical and sole legal custody. Pam has been a God send and I have recommended her to 7 other people who have all been happy with her services. Don't be fooled by her quiet demeanor. Once court starts she goes into another mode.

She was opposing counsel and consistently submitted proposals with errors and even forwarded me a confidential email from her client with information regarding the case. DO your research before writing this woman a check, and yes, she does like to argue with judges.

Pam Cave is the WORST lawyer I have ever met!!! She is extremely unprofessional, dirty, manipulative, sneaky, two faced and a flake! I don't think this woman has a real law degree, she tells stories about how she is still owed over $100,000 in child support for her own children.... How is she supposed to help others if that's her own case? I paid her her full retainer fee and she continuously accused me of lying and avoiding her emails when I never got any emails... Common sense would be for her to actually call me and see if I had got the emails, instead this sneaky snake met with me the day before my custody case and said she would be at court, but when I did not want to agree to my child's fathers proposal (which means she would actually have to do work) she sent me a email 4 hours prior to court saying she was withdrawing from my case and not representing me because I didn't need her help, after I paid her!!!! Worst wanna be lawyer EVER!!! Don't trust her!

The best advice I can provide without disclosing too much is to do your research on this attorney before you consider retaining her services. If she clearly can't win her own family court cases that pertains to her own children, how could she possibly win your case. This woman lacks integrity and as someone mentioned she does argue with judges and doesn't seem to be sharp. She lies and her hidden agenda is to take your money even if she knows you don't have a chance in winning. Discuss your case with more than one attorney before considering her services. Again do your research on her. Don't allow the fact that she has small children make you believe she is concerned with yours. Your wallet is first and children are second. Also when you meet with her, ask for a recommended strategy. I'm 100% sure her strategy she gives you will not be the strategy she will use in court. There is no consistency in her strategies and anyone with logic can see she doesn't prepare for her cases.

She is very reasoanble, compassionate, loyal and professional. She represented me in 2001 and she was an angel God sent to me. I will recommend her to all my friends and family.

Pam Cave saved my life. I will never be able to repay her for all that she did for me. I can only thank God that he led me to her and that she was willing to take my case. If there is a more caring and hard working attorney practicing in Va. good luck finding them.

I have used Pam and the Cave family law, several times in family, traffic and other matters. We consider her my family attorney and have referred her to several friends in need of an attorney. I strongly recommend her service for a few reasons: 1. She is very reasonably priced 2. She has always been patient, available, and genuinely concerned about helping you and your kids. 3. She is not judgmental and not always concerned about money. I tried a few attorneys and then was glad I came to her. Her small practice gives you the individual attention. When You need a family attorney, you're in need of someone who can listen to you, understand you, encourage you and not just look at the time and send you a hefty bill. Meeting Pam and having her represent me in my divorce when I was depressed, greatly improved my confidence in life in general. Irrespective of the outcome I believe she gave me the best possible defense.

We LOVE Pam! I have used her several times and I have referred her to several family members. I would (and will) use her again without hesitation. She is very reasonably priced, easy to talk to and very down to earth. I can honestly say she cared about us and put the well being of my child as her primary concern - not money! So refreshing in a lawyer! She may be a small practice but she has a big heart and a lot of fight in her. I respect her as a person, a mother and a lawyer.

She does a very bad job as a lawyer. Refuses to submit evidence and does not prepare clients before court. She lost most of my 12 cases. Also fights with judges.

I hired Cave for my contested divorce/custody case. At first she seemed to really want to help and I thought I had a great attorney. Things changed she and her paralegal (Boris) sent emails saying one thing and the next day it would change. I kept emails proving she was being inconsistent (her fees, motions she promised to file and didn't, even making up things opposing counsel said) when confronted with said inconsistancies she sent numerous emails accusing me of lying and threatening her. I was fearful of communicating with my her without a witness or recording! In the middle of a divorce where children's welfare is at stake you shouldn't be worried about speaking with your attorney. My spouse is active duty she claimed to know military regs but in court she actually said to opposing counsel she didn't know much about military law! She even spoke negatively about me to my spouses attorney.DON'T BE FOOLED BY HER BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS ESPECIALLY IF YOUR KIDS ARE RELYING ON YOU!

You cant event pay for an attorney like Ms. Cave. She is very reasonably priced and cares very much about each case and client. Her knowledge and litigation skills are incredible. She is awesome in court and likely to get you a favorable result. She is also very highly in the metropolitan area.

Pam Cave was my lawyer for a recent child support case and she was AWESOME!! She can roll great with the "big dogs", yet is family oriented and fair. She cares for the children involved and knows the law. I would highly recommend her.
