Ms. Anderson is a likeable person, however, she lacks in communication. She does seem to care about the people she works with and that was a quality that I liked about her. It is unfortunate that she does not communicate in a timely manner. Ms. Anderson made me feel defeated and that she would not fight for me. There was little to no effort on her part.

My family was very pleased with Ms. Anderson's professionalism, generosity with her time and empathetic treament during a very difficult time. I would hesitate to endorse Ms. Anderson at anytime.
