John Counts had two years to prepare for trial. He waited until the month of the trial to obtain eveidence that he did not use for the defense. During proceedings got witnesses names wrong. During trial, asked the prosecutor for a copy of the police report. Complete strangers who said what a good lawyer he is, upon hearing about the screw ups stated that he must be drinking again. All meetings with this lawyer were done, not at his office, but gas station parking lots and fast food establishments. When I asked for a meeting with him at his office, he said that it could all be done by phone. My fiance would have been better off with NO attorney than this one.
