Michael and his associated handled my sons case. Michael was totally up front and honest. He prepared an excellent defence and most importantly, treated my son and I with the upmost respect throughout the entire process. Exceptional value for the service provided. Although Michael and his Associate are fantastic people, I hope I never need their services again lol

I have smartened up, but Mike defended me 3 times, never made it to a trial, always tossed, he defended, my one buddy RM in Lindsay, I referred him many times, and always the same result, well worth the investment.

Old schooled Very informing with lots of experience.Has a winning record with regard to dui and over 80 cases.Has great communication skills and will use an interpreter when needed.Takes all cases very seriously and always prepares for top notch work.Has a very good reputation with the courts of law was a crown attorney of Toronto for 9 yrs before he changed sides to defence.Experience is always best. When someone's livelihood depends upon it.

Had a DUI to deal with that involved an injury. He took the case on, but did NOT reveal until much later in the proceedings / process that his daughter had been injured in a DUI incident. Since all negotiations with the crown were done behind closed doors I am not sure that the outcome was the best I could of achieved. I found out that others with similar circumstances had much better results from better lawyers. Be careful and ask !!
