never acted in behalf of his clients behalf. Only meet with his client once, never did discovery or interview key witnesses. Keep giving the worse that would happen and wanted the client to do a plea bargain. The client was told that his trail would make him serve 40 years in jail. The attorney, Brennan Horan promise him 30 fro 30 sent back to his county to serve out a reduce time. Non todate has happen. Total cost was $26,500.00 The Attorney used bad ugly language and put the fear of God to push his client into making a bad decision. After court the attorney got mad and rude when everybody walked away. I will never trust or recommend this attorney. In 9 months only visit your client once and do no discovery? this was a good old Boy, lets get it done in a small town, where he will see the same Judge's, Sheriff, DA, and his other buddies, so why fight a battle when you have been told to step back.
