Had no genuine care for her client whatsoever. Went through the motions, did her job (I guess), asked for more money.

She would rather argue with you then for you. very unorganized, makes many excuse for poor communication, in the end the reputation far exceeds the results you will get.

This law firm is not there to help you. Instead, it is there to ask you to follow their so-called policies, to beg them to charge you top $$$ for shoddy work. Unjustifiably arrogant, rude, and unprofessional. It is even NOT worth your time to consult with, even if consultation is free!

I retained Frances Wood after meeting with three other lawyers. Her advice was sensible and her rate very reasonable for a lawyer with her experience. My ex wouldn't settle so we took my case too court. She was great in Court! We eventually settled my case. She is worth every penny!

This lawyer is all about her money. Everything has a cost factor for her. Money out of your pocket. Never on time doesn't keep her word. looks after her own buck not about her clients well being. Be careful.

Frankie, comes off good at first then just works with the other lawyer to pad their bills. All talk about action in the beginning then just basically told me to agree with the other side. Now stuck with an agreement that's not even enforceable unless I go back to court. Basically showed up and collected my money.
