say that the professionalism, response time, compassion, determination, trust, reliability (I could go on and on) are just not there. He can send her an email and she might respond 3 - 4 weeks later. The responses he does receive are so vague and they almost read like she is working for his ex (in favor of) opposed looking out for his best interests....her own client. suggesting life insurance, property agreements favoring his ex, financials swayed one sided toward the ex - like WTF who is she really working for. She does not seem to have the determination to get the divorce finished, maybe she is looking to buy a new car, property or go on vacation and needs to ensure it is funded? I have gone through a divorce myself and I would have to say the the experience I had with a different lawyer was 100% different, better. I would NOT recommend Barbara to anyone who is looking for a good divorce lawyer.

I found Barb Lamont’s legal knowledge to be questionable at best. She was rude, difficult, failed to meet expectations. Barb did not respond to emails in a timely fashion to emails or calls. After 17 years in the legal world I would never recommend anyone hire this lawyer.
