If I could give Locher a 0 star rating I would. He should be ashamed of himself and should have his law license revoked for MALPRACTICE. The day my father passed away Locher came to the house and my dad changed his will. What Locher DIDN'T tell my dying father is that anything he changed in his will would be null and void after he died because my mom didn't have to abide by his dying wishes after he passed away. The changes he made the day before he died were meaningless and Locher didn't tell my dad that. NOR did he figure out a way for my dad's wishes to be CARRIED out no matter what. He lied to a dying man. After my dad passed away, my mom could do whatever she wanted and didn't have to abide by the changes that my father made to his will.
To make matters worse, Locher represented my mom AND my brother in a contract to by my father's farm. How can an attorney fairly and impartially represent BOTH parties in a deal like that?? My mom should've had an attorney and my brother a DIFF
