Child custody case, he was dogged and determined but woefully unprepared and didn't bother reading the materials either side wrote - just filed them and was unable to defend them.

Jack was always personable and understanding but he would also tell me how it is whether I liked it or not. At times I felt as though I wasn't a priority to him but it turns out he was just doing the job I asked him to do. I.E My case dragged on for a few years and at first I was frustrated about it but then I realized that was what I needed for my case. He has a lot of knowledge and was almost always right with his advise. His letters were always very professional. Overall I was happy with who was representing me.

Only interest was in sending letters. After months still no issues solved. Avioded my calls hard to get a Called straight answer. Not impressed, told me that litigation was the best route.

Listens to his clients and has his clients' best interests in mind. thoroughly impressed by his professionalism and knowledge. Gives sound advice. I would recommend him without reservation.

In the past, I've had difficulty finding a lawyer that listens and responds to me, the client. I met with Jack, explained my needs and I quickly realized that he not only understood what I wanted, he wasn't going to make it difficult and drag it out. In my opinion, the challenge is finding a lawyer that talks to you and not at you. Jack is that lawyer. I highly recommend him.
