I lost my phone's contact database, and used Google to obtain this Attorney's telephone info and saw her rating. Curious, I took the time to review the few posting's, which seemed totally out of character from my point of view e.g., I've know this attorney for approximately 15 years, first through a young man I was mentoring, who she did a fine job for. She held a position on the board of the State's Bar Association. A dear friend, and attorney used Victoria to address his final affairs, both huge endorsement's, and my own current business with her has me providing and honest assessment. These negative ratings, in where dissatisfied folks so vehemently scorn her services seem generated in ignorance i.e., one is upset that their business dealing(s) in "Benton" didn't go as they'd have liked need to brush-up on their geography and reading comprehension { that Bentonville's a seven (7) hour round trip drive from her practice}. If you want a lawyer that will fight hard for what you want, victoria morris is your lady. I have used her many times and been very satisfied and pleased with her work. Very professional if you ask me!

My husband hired this lawyer in October 2017 to handle a pending case while he lives out of state with the help of a friend that currently lives in Benton Arkansas. We have heard no response to monies sent to her per her request to take his case, nor the progress on the pending case. Around January, second week, my husband called the office again and happen to speak to, we think Victoria's husband. He said Victoria has been with her sick mother. This lawyer was paid a few thousand dollars and has yet to communicate with my husband regarding his case. We can only say, we wish we had read the horrible, unethical and unprofessional reviews against Victoria K. Morris before paying her to help with this case. I certainly hope this written review helps others before the lose their money and time too!

This woman claims to run a visitation accommodation company. This is who people deal with while on supervised visitation. Its one thing to be denied visitation rights by a co-parent but this women uses her position and lack of knowledge concerning your case to play judge, jury, and punisher. She will take one side over the other and refuse all orders that are legal and signed by judges. This women should loose her license to practice in this field. I would rate her with zero star if I could.

Never did anything on our case, every time we called for our retainer back for 2 months just ignored calls and excuse after excuse. Still waiting on our money back.

Unorganized, histrionic drama queen. Unprofessional, unethical. Propetual fire starter vs resolution seeker. Drags everything out then asks for extensions at the last minute. Make sure u read every word she puts down, "accidental" errors are habitual and could be damaging to your case.

Most horrible experience of my life! She never interviewed my witnesses and the day of court (when I wouldn't agree with the deal) she quit! This made the me look bad to the judge. I felt like I had nobody on my side. It was a chaotic mess! Do not use this lady...
