Andrea Halpin deserves a 0. Halpin has been nothing short of incompetent in our case. First, her communication is non-existent; she does not answer her e-mails and makes no attempt to call either. In addition, Halpin is a guardian ad litem for a family member, and has only met her protected person twice, for only a few minutes. She did not take the necessary time to get the facts on the situation; she just formulated to her own conclusions. When we had a court date, Halpin was ill-prepared for court, and did not have her facts of the case straight. Also, Andrea does not listen well, which resulted in her communicating the wrong information to the opposing party in our case. I'd be interested to know what her rank was in her law school class. She is very impressed with herself, but unfortunately for her, we are not impressed at all! In conclusion, Halpin has been unprofessional, ill-prepared, non-communicative, and disinterested. Do not waste your time or money on Andrea Halpin!

If you are looking for a jerk, here she is. If someone treated her how she treated me, she would be as pi$$ed off as I am. Don't waste your time or money on her.
