ONLY cares about HIMSELF! stay far far away. doesn't argue the case based on its merits, only based on his obscure vision of reality. He was reprimanded by our judge multiple times, laughed about by almost every other lawyer I interviewed. What a Joke.

I hired Stuard Fishman after I tried to do my divorce myself. “Not a good Idea when going through a sticky divorce”. Stuart is a very personable guy who keeps you informed every step of the way. He was phenomenal with getting me what was rightfully mine. Stuart and his staff are hardworking, very trustworthy and knowledgeable when it comes to the law. I highly recommend his firm. J.Munroe

I had a long dragged out divorce and issues with past due child support Mr. Fishman worked with me for the past 10 years and never showed an ounce of disregard for the importance of my case. I was very satisfied with the work he did on my case.

Mr. Fishman absolutely awesome. My divorce was extremely complicated and could have been very expensive. Mr. Fishman settled my matter quickly, accurate and with relatively little expense. I would highly recommend him!!

It is hard to believe this man is even an Attorney! He does not respond in a timely manner to phone calls or e-mails and does not seem to check out information completely. His intimedation practice has us looking into filing a complaint with the State Bar of California!

I have had nothing but solid interactions with Stuart and his staff. To say that my case has been straightforward would be a lie. There has been inter-state and in same cases cause to review international law in the lunacy that is my case. Stuart and his office have been the shield my family has needed to protect us from the walking psychosis that is my ex-wife.

Stuart gives advice against court orders then makes you cop a guilty plea. Stay away, FAR AWAY! I followed his advice and it got me convicted of CONTEMPT! Now I will be taking him to fee arbitration to dispute his legal fees for that advice. This guy should be disbarred! He is there to take your money but never responds to emails or returns phone calls. I have fired his as my lawyer and my new lawyer is appalled at what he did, so am I.

This is a terrible lawyer he showed up 30 minutes later for our first meeting, then he showed up to court and forgot everything about my case after paying him for 5 hours to research it. After all of that the 2nd court date he didn't even show up and I had to reschedule my court date out 30 more days. This guy is an idiot and has no business practicing law, DO NOT GIVE THIS GUY YOUR MONEY STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!! There is a reason this guy has so many bad reviews, I wish I found this site before hiring him I just wasted my money...

Completely incompetent and unethical. He requires payment in advance and then doesnt complete the job fully. The forms and documents I received from his office were riddled with errors - not misspellings - wrong dates, inaccurate account of case details.

He is only there for the money. Doesn't care about anything else but the pay check. SO if you are looking to spend a lot of monsy and doesn't care about your needs then he is great for the job!

Rarely responds to communication. Will tell you someone else something while they will deny it, which in a court case can be very traumatic.
