Terrible as he speaks to me regarding my brother prior, says he will help just to get the retainer but then he is unresponsive, does not even write a letter to help my brother, and then refuses to talk to me. Very unprofessional and rude. I cannot recommend this guy and would have given one star if I could. He owns a FL business and told me he was going on vacation after he got my brother's retainer. Shame on him as he didn't help and kept most of the retainer.

Kent is a blatant racist as witnessed by several residents tonight downtown Winnetka where Kent verbally assaulted a Hispanic family who had just gotten their 6 yr old son tested for Covid 19. He told them, “Speak English, you are in America. If you can’t speak English, then you should go back to your country.” The incident escalated to the point where the Winnetka Police got involved and filed charges against Kent Heitzinger. He will have his day in court, but will be representing himself this time. The family he assaulted is a successful local Wilmette family who does a lot of great things for the community and should never have to experience such racist ignorance.
