Mr. Messners lack of professionalism and crass behavior was almost more than I could handle, then his bill arrived! His billing system seemed to be a fantasy in his mind. I was billed for court appearances he never attended and for calls that were never made. On top of that his legal advice was completely off base. I was billed for three or four court appearances just to correct his mistakes. When I challenged his billing he threatened to withdraw from my case rather than fix his billing or justify his charges. I have threating voicemail saved on my cell phone as proof. I never attended a meeting with Mr. Messner without a witness because he was sexually inappropriate and verbally unprofessional. WORST EXPIERENCE OF MY LIFE.
