(Value) Billed me full rate for their assistant to perform data entry to an electronic version of the form I already completed. (Value/Communication) Purposefully failed to notify me of a motion and charged me for her appearance in court to secure a continuation. (Communication) Would not simply take the words I provided and use them after multiple revisions of documentation causing a cycle of reviews and rework at the expense of additional time.
