Poor communication, many mistakes with names and addresses, no contact with lawyer, misrepresentation of fees. Initial meeting with lawyer was positive but subsequent interactions and lack there of were frustrating. Too many mistakes on various forms, lack of progress, and almost no communication from office unless prodded was disappointing.

Fights for his clients and really works to make things easier on someone with an injury and going through a hard time because of it. Tries to put things in simple terms so that even I could understand what was going on.
