Joe is an absolute specialist in criminal defense for small charges like DUI, possession of drugs for personal use, and perhaps more. His knowledge of the players in Hillsborough County is immense. He is a diplomat that always negotiates the best deal possible for his client. Joe has gotten charges dismissed for me. In one case, I asked Joe to bring in a more aggressive litigator, someone who cared far less about what the prosecution thought of them. Joe brought in a heavy gun and the big charge was dropped. If I am ever charged with a serious crime, I may tell Joe we need more attorneys, but Joe would be lead counsel.

I dunno about the last review but if you don't have the bucks to pay up front, expect to be thrown under the bus.
