Arthur now has a solo practice under the name Winstein Law. He recently helped me resolve a lawsuit in my favor, complaint dismissed with prejudice. Throughout the case, he listened to my side of the issue and read through all the documentation. With his calm, down to earth demeanor he was able to ease my fears and reduce my nervousness over this first time being sued issue. With his suggestion to dig deeper and make a couple phone calls, I was able to present more documentation that helped our case. His presence in the court hearings was one of confidence and competence that reinforced in my mind that I had indeed hired the right attorney. I will recommned him to anyone and will use his firm again when needed.
