Severely biased in cases. Routinely ignores exculpatory evidence. In case 2009 D 0001347, Professional witnesses and expert opinion are disregarded. Video camera evidence proving accusations were false has no effect. In spite of lack of any evidence of both actual and circumstantial he found guilt. However, there is overwhelming evidence of innocent presented at court. Doctorof Psychology found no evidence of “eye gouging”. He did find the alleged victim did show a pattern of possible self-mutilation. Victims Doctor, was of the opinion injury was self inflicted. The Victim claimed she was bribing the Judge. Lawyers who have worked on this case have indicated the case is “fixed”. These lawyers are frustrated by the Judge not following both statutory and case law. He has also ordered mandatory counseling where he proclaimed in open court “They will make you admit to victim’s claims”. Essentially, they will make you talk. This is a Nazi tactic.
