After almost (2) years working against a company I worked for Mr. Prorok sent me a letter stating that he had no signed documents from me and that the time limit to pursue my case had passed. I went to his office twice to sign papers and start the process of a law suit. My personnel records were received from the company and after his review we met again at his office to go over all of my personnel records, review over 100 marked up E-Mails I provided him, and decide what course of action to take. He decided we had a good case and was filing with the Illinois Human Rights and the EEOC. Well after 15 month I was informed that his Hard Drive crashed and he lost all of the information. He then stated that with no signed documentation from me and all of the information lost that I had no case any longer. This Lawyer is not recommended by me. It appears that there was a deal struck between this Lawyer and the Company I worked for without including me. This is the truth. Charles Hammer
