Billed the wrong rate twice. Failed to perform the most basic of administrative tasks, discovered after 3 months, tried to hold him to account, quit my case and referred me to a lawyer at another practice. Was too busy to do offer letter, passed task to partner, who then charged me $645 for work it appeared the partner did not do, including his review time. Sent an Email, waited 3 weeks, no answer, sent another Email, replied that he was busy in court for the next two weeks. Loves to review documents which takes much time and cost me much money, then says there was nothing in the documents he could use, and suggests I find someone to review documents and provide this lawyer with a summary report. AFter I stopped all activity on documents, asked a simple question about the offer letter, his reply was that he could not answer without reviewing all documents. Quotes provided by this lawyer for services were way under actual rates, this happened repeatedly. Avoid lawyer and practice.
