COMPLETELY KILLED MY FAITH IN ATTORNEYS!!!! STAY CLEAR IF LOOKING
TO GET A DIVORCE!!! I went in on the 2nd of may and had a consultation with Shana Einhorn. I have to say I didn't feel very confident when I left that day. I was going to put $1200 down for a contested divorce and Shana kept commenting on how I would be so far behind the 8 ball by the time the got everything done that I would have to pay more for a total of $4000. So, reluctantly I put down $2000. After that and going over the contract to find out that they charge for every phone call, email and visit to the firm; Ted Smith Law group literally nickel and dimes you, I felt even more dis heartened. They also made it very clear that the client is soley responsible for contact with the firm. Well, 3 weeks go by and I have emailed Shana a total of 3 times and no response. No communication till I termites our contract and expected a full refund. Shane never even filled my divorce with the county so my 60 days would start!!
