I was approached by him,during a court date. He gave us his card and said come speak to me for no charge. So after making an appointment with his secretary,who by the way was extremely rude. Drove the 40;minute ride to Reading. Had to find parking and pay to park. However we didn’t mind,we were happy to think that someone could help with senseless charges. So Mr Polyak walks into the conference room. Sits down and says. By the way I have to leave at 4:55! Now how can you explain and discuss a case in 25 mins. To after saying a few things that happened. He started yelling I think your lieing. We said what’s?? Tried to explain again and he stood up and said I can’t take your case. Besides it would cost $5000. Then he walked out of the room. If you ask me he either knows the other party or the cop in charge. Don’t use Him. He is ignorant and way over priced.

Polyak directly berated me and when I tried to speak he held up his hand gesticulating silence and barked he "was in no mood for any drama". He watched me go to jail for medically proven false positives. Certainly did not go with the valid reasonable doubt.

I paid him 3500.00 to assist with a DUI case, he NEVER keeps in contact, shows up late and did NOTHING for me. Waste of money!!!

This guy believes shopping malls should have lifeguards near all the fountains and have the US Coast Guard on call in the event a stupid person should be texting and decide to take a swim. Shame on him for taking the case!! You should not be teaching law at even a community college
