Cynthia J. Jackson is by far the worst lawyer I have ever deal with. Don't waste your time with this lady because will not waste hers with you. The process she was hired for that should have taken a month-at most! took over six months, and all because Mrs. Jackson does not feel the need to EVER ANSWER ANY OF HER PHONEs, let alone return your call or respond to your messages. She also claimed she had sent me something in the mail and after two weeks of checking the mailbox I decided to call her and ask about it(it took me another week to actually reach her!) at which point she told me to keep checking, so finally after a couple more weeks I went through the process of calling her again and when I reached her she had the audacity to tell me she had never sent it in the first place!, and that she would put it in the mail first thing the next morning(and the list of complaints goes on and on). Word of advice;Stay away from this lady, "customer care" is not exactly her "area of expertise".
