Mr. Jon Bucholdt assisted me with Probate and was exceptionally helpful, professional and empathetic with my situation. Another lawyer recommended him to me. He is a lawyer who wants to help people and stays in contact, not ignore them and pad the bill with extra hours to extort them for every penny like some lawyers I started to hire that were unethical. Clients need to research a lawyer before hiring them and understand Caveat Emptor (buyer beware!) before hiring a lawyer or you'll get "legally burned!" I thank Mr. Bucholdt for his legal help at a rough time after losing my parents. He completed the work successfully in a timely manner, his fee was reasonable and I highly recommend him for Probate filing for Alaskans.
