I hired Darryl for two cases, one criminal and one for a custody suit. He fought hard for my young family, once he realized how hard I was willing to fight with him… he took no **** in the courtroom and was quick to call people out on theirs. He got me just about everything I wanted. I would recommend 1000 times, and would never use another attorney in the state of Alaska… unfortunately, I moved to Florida and am now needing an attorney to file a law suit against someone else, which is what has lead me here to this page. Was hoping he’d be licensed in FL as well.

Would never use again. Did as little as possible. He just wanted the money. His Paralegal Richard Hall is even worse. STAY AWAY!

Mr.Thompson service was worthless. His retainer was very high and he did almost no work.

I had purchased my grandmother's house/duplex, soley for 210,000 (family deal), my ex paid 0. The home, located in south Anchorage on 1 acre with full view of mountains and a peek-a- boo view of the ocean from the deck, it was appraised at $500,000. I also purchased lakefront land in Petersburg, my contribution 18,000 my ex, building materials. When the divorce came through and all was done ( Darrell) as my attorney, I wound up with the 210,000 for the house (4years after the divorce) and a query split) if our medical and retirement. Needless to say, my ex walked away with every asset minus 2 snowmachines and a 1983 motirhome I bought from my father. (my portion of the settlement, the only thing my ex had, was medical and retirement)I may never see my end of the agreement, because retirement works only when someone decides to retire or not. Darrell was a horrible representative! To top it off,his paraleagle was willing to help my ex sell my grandmothers house, she was in realestate

Mr. Thompson charged us $10,000 and did very little work. The work that he did do made things worse. He is highly unethical.

Mr. Thompson (in this case) grossly misled his client and repeatedly displayed his lack of concern, knowledge, and zeal while dealing with this particular case. BTW, all of which was recorded on audio.
