This lawyer will do no work on your case. His secretary will not answer your phone calls or emails. When you fire him he will keep ALL the retainer and force you to have to sue him in court and then he will play games, continuance, not showing up, etc.

Bruce took $5000 on the contingency that he would be able to get jurisdiction transferred to Texas. He also took another $700 for the work and filing fees it would take in order to transfer the jurisdiction. Needless to say, jurisdiction was never transferred, and my $5000 was never returned despite the fact he was not able to take the custody case. I sent a few emails requesting my money back with no return of course. I then filed a BBB report, and the only response I received from them is that it was a valid complaint. I have since had to hire yet another attorney to retrieve my $5000 due to the fact that the BBB has dropped the ball.

Mr. Martin took my money and I feel he represented the other party instead of me. I feel it was because it involved politicians and my ex who was also my doctor. I feel it turned into a cover up. Covering up unethical doctor/ patient relationship and the unethical behavior of certain Wichita Falls politicians. It has scarred and hurt my well being to this day. I would not recommend Mr. Martin to represent anyone!

I have personal experience with working with this attorney and he is terrible. I am amazed that he does not have numerous bar complaints against him. He does not know the facts of client's cases(females at least),is belittling to his clients and talks bad about you behind your back( he does this after he has gotten your money and you are in the final hearing/procedures) of your case. This individual is a poor example for a lawyer.

If you are a man, then he is the best divorce attorny for you, but he dosent represent and fight for women the same way. (may have something to do with his own personal numerous divorces.)But as an attorney representing a man in a divorce, he the best!

Bruce Martin took my Mom's money and did nothing for her and her divorce. He, nor his office, will ever return your phone calls. His staff could not have been more rude and disrespectful to my Mom. She had to walk away from the divorce without anything because of Bruce Martin's terrible, terrible representation. Do not hire this lawyer to represent you!
