I used Mr. Rodman's services last year, he charged me $1000 to prepare 2 bankruptcy motions. He only did 1 and did it poorly. The other was never done and I asked for my money back and he refused, I told him I would take him to court if he did not return my money. He gave me 500 back and I figured that was the best I could do but I also filed a complaint with the bar as he clearly represented himself as an attorney with me but had already been disbarred. Don't use him for sure.

Avoid Kenneth Rodman as if he were Bubonic Plague. He took $500.00 from us for a "last will and testament" which now has to be Totally done again by a "Competent Attorney". He is NOW not allowed to practice law in California. Terrible! Terrible! Avoid this money hungry incompetent idiot.

Sorry to say I used Kenneth. Rodman, to represent me in a 21 year old family law matter. He took my money and failed to show up in court. I called him on the day of the hearing he advised me that I did not have to appear. That matter had been taken care of. I left for a trip on his advice. I returned to a very large Judgement against me, by default. When I tried to contact his office, no answer. Then he moved his office. I spent over $3400.00 hiring a new competent Attorney, This man should be dis-barred,and ran out of the state. The opposing Attorney even wrote him a nasty letter asking him what kind of Attorney he was, because he failed to show in court. I have copy in my files. I strongly discourage anyone from choosing Kenneth Rodman as your attorney. I hired him to represent me in Bankruptcy court. 1 hour before court on the day of trial, he called and said he wouldn't be there, and told me to cancel and reschedule. I refused to since I had already taken the day off from work. I went to court alone and represented myself. The judge asked me where my attorney was, and I explained the situation. The judge was VERY familiar with this kind of behavior from Mr Rodman, since he has showed this same kind of incompetence many times in the past. The judge encouraged me to file a legal complaint with the State Bar Association, which I did. After court, I contacted Mr Rodman and requested a portion of the attorney fees be refunded for his failure to appear in court. (He charged more due to the distance he would have had to travel to court). He screamed like an immature child, telling me never to call him again, and that I would not see a dime. PLEASE do not hire him.
