I had a great experience working with this law firm. They answered all my questions and wrote letters immediately to help me. Their reputation must be known, because the agency quickly settled. I was very pleased with the settlement.

When searching for an attorney to handle my EEO case, I wanted to find one that would represent me as if they were representing themselves. I live in NC and I had no idea where to start looking for an attorney; so, I went online. I googled “EEO attorneys” and came across Ms. Rosemary Dettling. Ms. Dettling returned my call and we talked about my case. During our initial conversation, I could see how serious she was about obtaining information on the case so that she could get started. Most of my interaction with Ms. Dettling was telephonic. During the hearing, I could tell she had done her homework! I was very impressed with her skills. Even though we don’t know what the outcome will be, I am very very satisfied with Ms. Dettling’s work. Ms. Dettling works very hard in preparing for her cases and is very knowledgeable of the federal laws. I would definitely recommend her to handle any case!

She represented me and tried to charge me an outrageous amount of money. Which she didn't work. Even the agency I was suing couldn't get ahold of her. I wondered if she existed...but once I met her, she tried to wiggle her way out of the lies she told. She was set straight when I was told I wouldn't have to owe her money for work she didn't do. Case closed. I don't recommend her. You will see all good scores for Rosemary. As if she wrote them herself. I wouldn't recommend her.

Great attorney. really helped me. won my case against dept of justice. i am a disabled vet who did not have much money. ms. dettling charged me a reasonable hourly rate, she only billed me for necessary work. she did not bill for her paralegal, which surprised me, even though I talked to her too. she is not a hand holder and will not call you to talk about the weather or your family. however when it comes time to litigate the case in front of the judge, she ramps it up to 160 mph. in my case, she gave 110%. she gave it her all. i would not want to have to sue the government again, but if i had to, i would definitely call her! i highly recommend her to anyone!
