Didnt show up in court.joke w/prosec Wasnt present or he did not file when judge made me see court officials without his prescence. I had 4 alibis. In fact my ex had my bday incorrect. It was nol at commissioner office, i wonder why he kept asking for my license. The money was for 2 trials. There were none. My exs atty ask me what doug advised, quote ask for jury trial. No plead the 5th. My ex. Was Charged w 2nd degree assault. Additionally, he did not contact a dr. That suspected abuse. I had lyme disease. I was 84 lbs. Im 5 2 1/2 . So call victim advocate sends my frd and i to other courthouse. Start as plaintiff, end up defandant in mental court. Told my frd not to hire him. In fact, he didnt protest, as complaint, no ink in printer. He waz also suppose expunge from court. The opposing atty help more than mine. In fact, he knew abt that hearing for months. I was facing 3 yrs for false charges, easily didisputed, one, my bday, tso, myphysical condition, three alibis.
