Very unprofessional, and bias.she is a commissioner for Kent County court and will roll her eyes at you an lie and say you admitted to something you didn’t. She is pro black female. So if you have a case in front of her good luck. Also she will pick up case to that are not assigned to her for her friends, so that person get a better outcome.

Gretchen C. Gilchrist Esq., applied for a position for a Commissioner of DE Family Court. She lacks experience, her temperament is unacceptable and she's dishonest. She didn't tell her active clients she was closing her practice because of positions of Commissioners rules. But she had more than enough time to let her clients know when she terminated her PA lic, on 7/1/16, which is another rule of becoming Commissioner, can't hold another lic., out of state. She left all her active clients hanging and took our money without completing the work. I got nothing for the money that was paid to her for me. She's always unprepared for court, she always has a billing error charged for document errors and so much more it's not enough space!! Governor Markell of DE & DE Senate are aware of complaints, as well as her other client complaints. She is not qualified to be Commissioner her temperament is not what the Citizens of DE needs or wants, she is only for herself by her actions!
