Extremely bad advice and incompetent and I would never hire Jerald Novak if i were you.. Cannot go into details of the case but 'm glad I changed to someone better before it was too late.
He can keep my money that is obviously all he is after. If I would have stayed with him he would have been rich and I would have been in jail. He doesn't even know the law my new lawyer told me the truth. This guy is an idiot. If you want a lawyer who will lie to you this is you man. I'm not worried that otehrs will make my mistake I'm a sure he will be disbarred as he literally does not know the law .
