I am very pleased with the service that I have received from Joel Zimmerman. I rate him with 5 stars across the board because I believe that he is truly deserving of a five star rating. His quality of work exceeded my expectations. Our communication sometimes expanded beyond office hours when necessary to conform to my schedule. I have a hectic schedule and I was thankful for the ability to communicate before office hours, when needed. In addition, I was never unable to reach someone if I had a question that needed immediate attention. When I left a message, my call was always returned within a reasonable amount of time. I found Joel very personable, professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, ethical, and valuable to my personal legal case. I definitely would use him again IF I ever need legal representation in the future!
