Mario is likable, a better communicator than many attorneys (at least will return your emails or calls), has empathy, and general knows the law. However, is not completely up to speed on everything and can get defensive if his knowledge is challenged. He tends to avoid dealing with things right away, so the case drags on for years unresolved. I believe he may have purposely done this to earn more money and got some of his buddies appointed to also help them make money. He had to repeatedly be asked sometimes up to 5 times to do something before he did it. He was not proactive nor aggressive in defending me. I believe he was more focused on his FL home and traveling to get paid at speaking engagements than getting my case done efficiently and quickly. It now has been over 2 years and the case is still in court unresolved, and tens of thousands of dollars later, I am now finding another attorney.

Mario, is very unprofessional. Him and his associates are beyond overbooked. He makes false promises and keeps you and your family hooked for his own profit. He encourages high conflict divorce by adding fuel to already hot fires. If you are looking for a new start in life with any chance of having a secure financial future this is not the man you want to hire. If you would like to spend years in court with little to no progress then this is the attorney to hire. It took me 2 years and over $ 25,000 to figure out my divorce would never finalize. I discontinued working with him and hired a new lawyer and was divorced in under 6 months.
